Katja Brillouet, co-founder and Project Manager at 7Ps Yacht Management, brings over a decade of onboard superyacht experience to her role. After transitioning to shore-based work, she quickly excelled in refit project management, successfully overseeing major projects for vessels ranging from 30 to 70 meters. Katja takes full responsibility for the refits she manages, handling cost control, scheduling, quality assurance, team leadership, and subcontractor coordination. Her hands-on approach and deep understanding of client expectations ensure the successful delivery of projects within budget and timelines​
