Practical Super Yacht Support, Built on Real Experience

Based in STP, Palma de Mallorca, and working alongside a dedicated technical partner, we support vessels globally — providing clear, practical guidance that keeps projects moving and operations under control.

Our Background

7Ps was built by people who have spent their careers at sea and in shipyards.

Our team includes former captains, engineers, and crew with hands-on experience across global operations, complex refits, and technical projects where decisions carry real consequence.

We’ve worked through the challenges — tight timelines, technical failures, shifting priorities, and the day-to-day pressures of running a yacht.

That experience allows us to step in quickly, understand the situation, and provide practical support that makes a difference.

What We Understand

Yacht operations are rarely straightforward — particularly during refit and maintenance, when pressure and complexity increase.

  • Owners expect clarity and results — often under tight timelines.

  • Crew are managing operational pressure while keeping everything running seamlessly.

  • Shipyards operate to their own schedules, and plans don’t always go as expected.

  • Technical issues can escalate quickly, with limited time to make the right decisions.

  • Budgets shift, priorities change, and pressure builds from all sides.

How We Work

Our approach is simple, direct, and focused on what actually matters.

We keep communication direct, consistent, and focused — ensuring everyone stays aligned at every stage.

Hands-On Involvement

We stay close to the detail, remaining actively involved where it matters most.

Practical Decision-Making

We prioritise what works in practice, not theory — making decisions that move projects forward.

No Unnecessary Layers

You deal directly with experienced people — no delays, no confusion.

Beyond the Work

Supporting the people and communities around the industry we come from.

The work we do is built on people — both onboard and ashore.

Having spent years in the industry, we understand the pressures, challenges, and responsibilities that come with it.

Supporting the wider community is something we believe in, not something we promote.

Mental Health Mallorca provides support, resources, and guidance for individuals facing mental health challenges within the local community.

We recognise the importance of mental wellbeing, particularly within the yachting industry, where pressures can often go unseen.

Supporting initiatives that raise awareness and provide practical help is something we value as part of our wider responsibility.
